The Bolton WIDE Partnership will enhance investment, performance and achievement within the west Bolton M61 corridor, through a partnership of public and private enterprise.

There is a cluster of sites along the M61 on the western side of Bolton for new industrial and commercial development. Bolton WIDE is committed to ensuring that these sites are developed over the next ten years. The vision is to develop a total of 80 hectares of land with four million square feet of new floorspace providing 5000 jobs. This will contribute to the continued economic success and prosperity of Bolton.
